Shipping Policy

Once the product is ordered and paid for by the client. We can ship the product to you via Courier or you can ask your friends or family member to collect it from store and ship it. If you need the product to be shipped at any address in India then we do provide FREE Shipping throughout INDIA.

All the orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Additionally, you're provided with the option to track your order online, after it is shipped.

Please note that an additional 5 days will be taken to deliver the product if you have ordered for stitching.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Further, if you're purchasing multiple items and wish to ship them to different addresses, you're recommended to place them as different orders. However, if you've ordered multiple items in a single transaction, and wish to ship them to a single destination, the delivery date will be set as per the availability of the last ordered product.

Custom duties and other levies in destination country are the responsibility of the customer. The prices do not include duties for any country.

Return Policy

Product in damaged condition/ manufacturing defect or wrong product

In case of outer packing of product is damaged then immediately verify the quality/ quantity of the product, before accepting the packing from the courier company. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery.

Complaint mail

Complaint mail should contain comprehensive details of the defects/ complaints of the single order/ packing delivery. We examine the returned products for all such defects/ variations, define on the basis of the customer’s mails.

Product Return

All defective products being returned to shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards Shipping & packaging charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to within seven working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.


Colour Mismatch

Colors of an outfit that appear on a computer monitor may be slightly different than the actual color of the outfit ordered. This color mismatch is unavoidable, and due to technical reasons beyond our control.

No Guarantee for Beads/ Sequences Work/ Embroidery Hand Work and Stitching

Beads/ Sequence Work, Embroidery has a tendency of coming off while handling the product, wearing the product or while using it. We do check the product during shipping but due to nature of this entire item, they do come off sooner or later and hence carry no guarantee once the product is shipped. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor, or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might lose some of them. This is normal with this kind of product and hence cannot be replaced and will carry no Guarantee on them.
